Shannon Forsyth

Shannon completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2014. Shannon holds a certification in Athletic Therapy and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She has experience working with athletes from professional, university, and high school teams across various sports.

In clinic, Shannon focuses on orthopedics and sports medicine, working with clients of all ages to recover from injury, build strength, and return to activity. She also offers pre-pointe assessments for dancers, reflex assessments, and has specialized training in pediatric pelvic health, helping families manage concerns such as bedwetting, constipation, and incontinence.

Outside the clinic, Shannon enjoys road biking, skiing, and playing volleyball with friends.
