Kathy joined the CYP administrative team in July 2023. In the past, Kathy has worked as a Child and Youth Social Worker, a certified Early Childhood Educator, and in the area of Human Resources, specializing in compensation, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping. She has strong administrative skills and is passionate about advocating for children, including those with disabilities, inspired by having a sister with Down syndrome.
