About Us

Linette Lahey, BScPT

Linette is a Physiotherapist and co-owner of Calgary Youth Physiotherapy Ltd. She assesses and treats children with orthopedic, neurological and developmental conditions and sports injuries. Her professional interests include sports injuries (high knowledge of gymnastics), posture, and pediatric orthopedic conditions.  Her personal interests include running, walking, volunteering with seniors and spending time with her own kids! In the fall of 2012, Linette completed training in CME Level 1 and is enjoying using those new skills with her clients.

Keltie Wattie, BScKin, MScPT

Keltie is a Physiotherapist and co-owner of Calgary Youth Physiotherapy Ltd. Since graduating, she has worked in private practice settings in the areas of orthopedics and neurological physical therapy. Currently, she works full time at the clinic with patients of all ages and is involved in providing physical therapy services in the community, working with young children with neurological impairments in preschools. Keltie has gone on to complete her acupuncture training and is certified in Medical Acupuncture. In addition to Physiotherapy, Keltie has Highland danced for twenty years and continues to teach and judge Highland dance competitions. Outside of work, Keltie enjoys camping, water sports, skiing, running and spending time with her husband, son and daughter.

Nuala McCreanor, BScKin, MScPT

Nuala joined the CYP team in 2008. Since graduating from the University of Alberta, Nuala has worked in a variety of public and private physiotherapy settings in Edmonton and Calgary. Nuala works at the clinic with people of all ages, and particularly enjoys working with adolescents with orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. Nuala has gone on to complete training in Medical Acupuncture and dry needling. In 2012, she completed a Principles of Dance Medicine:  Clinical Management of the Dancer Patient course at the Harkness Centre for Dance medicine, and  enjoys working with dancers of all ages. In addition to physiotherapy, Nuala was a competitive Irish dancer for too many years to count, and continues to teach Irish dancing and injury prevention/conditioning classes. In her spare time, Nuala enjoys running, cycling and hiking.

Morgan McDonald, BScKin, MPHTY, CSCS

Morgan joined the CYP team in the summer of 2012. After graduating from the University of Sydney, Australia, Morgan has worked in private practice settings in the area of orthopedics and sports medicine. Morgan is eager to work with children and adults of all ages with orthopedic and neurological conditions. She has also gone on to complete training in Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling. Morgan has been involved in many competitive sports over the years particularly badminton, soccer, cross country running and volleyball and now focuses her spare time towards golf, skiing, water sports and fitness. Morgan is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and enjoys helping althetes of all ages reach their fitness and injury prevention objectives.

Leah Wetter, BScPT

On Maternity Leave

Leah is excited to be a member of the CYP team. She has worked as a pediatric physiotherapist for over ten years working with children with a variety of neurological, developmental and orthopedic conditions. Along the way, she has taken a variety of professional courses in Neuro-developmental Treatment (NDT) and Kinesiotaping in Pediatrics. When she isn't working, Leah is kept busy running after her two little ones Kai (3 years) and Maya (1 year). Along with her husband Patrick, her young family enjoys camping, hiking, yoga, cross-country skiing and travelling.

Amy Lawrance, BMR(PT)

Amy joined the CYP team in early 2013. After graduating from the University of Manitoba, Amy has worked in a private setting in the areas of orthopedics and sports injuries. She has also worked with preschool aged children with neurological impairments and developmental delays in preschool and home settings. Amy is eager to continue working in both areas with people of all ages. Amy has completed training in in Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling. Amy was involved in gymnastics in her youth and has over ten years gymnastics coaching experience, both recreationally and competitively. In her spare time, she enjoys running, golfing, hiking and snowshoeing.

Kajal Patel, BScKin, MPthyST

Kajal joined the CYP team in 2013. After graduating from the University of Queensland in Australia, Kajal has worked in both pediatric and adult private practice settings in the areas orthopedic, neurological and developmental physiotherapy. Kajal has gone on to complete her certification in dry needling/acupuncture. Most recently she completed a course called R2P regarding Management of Post Concussion Syndrome. Kajal has a passion for working with children of all ages with a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions, developmental delay and injury prevention. Outside of work Kajal enjoys skiing, golfing and running. Kajal strongly believes that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in physical activity and is excited to be involved in helping children and adults achieve this goal.

Julie Pernsky, BRMCD, MScPT

Julie joined the CYP team in 2016. Julie obtained her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2015. After graduation, Julie began her career in private practice orthopedics along with working with a pediatric population in a return to community/recreational sport program. Julie has had previous experience as a recreation therapist working with children with disabilities in a variety of settings. Julie has a passion for both orthopedic and neurological pediatric populations. In her spare time, Julie enjoys playing soccer, running, skiing, golfing, and enjoying time at home, reading and playing with her two dogs.

Tracy Job, MScPT

On Maternity Leave

Tracy joined the CYP team in 2016. Since graduating from the University of Alberta, Tracy is currently working in adult private practice and at the Foothills hospital on the Neuro team. Tracy has always been passionate about working with the pediatric population, spending eight years teaching children dance and now continues to work with children at the CYP clinic. In her spare time Tracy enjoys snowboarding, dance, water sports, and golf.  Tracy believes that physical activity is the key to health and enjoys helping patients of all ages reach their physical goals. 

Andrea Ginter, BScKin, MScPT

Andrea joined the CYP team in 2016.  Since graduating from the University of Alberta, she has worked in private practice in the areas of orthopedics and sports medicine.  Andrea works at our North and South clinics with patients of all ages.  Andrea believes in an active treatment approach, and the importance of one-on-one time with the Physiotherapist.  She has completed the Orthopedic Level 1 Exam through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.  Andrea has trained in ballet, karate, and swimming.  Before becoming a Physiotherapist, Andrea worked as a dancer.

Megan Arneson, BSc, MPT

Megan joined the CYP team in 2016. After graduating from the University of Sydney in Australia in 2013, Megan has worked in both an adult private practice and acute hospital settings in the areas of orthopedic, respiratory, cardiac and intensive care. Megan has gone on to complete her certification in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and  McKenzie Part A.  She plans to start her needling and orthopedic level courses this coming year.  Megan has a passion for working with children and has volunteered with various children organizations including I to I international, and in the play therapy department at the Childrens Hospital in Sydney. Outside of work, Megan enjoys international travel, hiking, biking and snowboarding. 


Jane is our office manager and full time front desk staff member at our South Location. She is friendly, organized and always happy to help our visitors and patients.
